Jim Bennett, M.D.
I received my degrees in Philosophy and Biology at Stanford University,
went on to Stanford School of Medicine for my Medical Degree, and
then took my residency training at the University of Colorado in Denver.
In addition, I spent one year as a Fellow in Pediatric Hematology
and Oncology at Children’s Hospital in Seattle, Washington. I am board-certified
in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Pediatrics is wonderfully challenging and fulfilling.
As a father I have felt the immense joy of watching a child grow
and discover the world. But parenthood also raises endless issues
about how to best meet the challenging demands of raising children
and adolescents. As a pediatrician I feel lucky to be able to provide
encouragement , information and medical support to parents in the
process of raising families. My goal is to help families create
healthy, happy and stimulating environments in which kids and parents
can thrive.
