Meet Our Wonderful Nurse Practitioner!

Nancy McDonald, C.P.N.P.

I received my Masters of Science in Nursing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from California State University, Fresno, in 2000. I am also nationally board certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. I have been a Registered Nurse since 1981 and have worked in the field of pediatrics, both inpatient and outpatient, since 1985. I began working with Capitola Pediatrics in November of 2000.

I have three terrific sons. As young adults they continue to challenge me and bring tremendous joy to my life. children are my passion. Every day I learn something from their fascinating and unique view of the world. I feel wonderfully lucky to work with colleagues and families who are interested in promoting a child’s healthy growth and development.
